Robert Bateman High School supports and encourages a large number of clubs reflecting a diverse range of interests. Many of the clubs are active and supported in the community.

30 Hour Famine Room 220 Tuesdays during the 1st half of lunch. Challenging ourselves to fast for 30 Hours, learn about hunger, and raise money to help create change. It's about battling hunger and making the world a better place for children everywhere. Mrs. Bright Maria George, Cassidy Laub

Best Buddies Meets once a month for an event. By matching high school students with their peers who have intellectual disabilities, we improve the quality of life for all involved. Mrs. Roseneck Mariko Hamaoka-Mason, Mark 
Charter Challenge (Sem.1) / Mock Trial (Sem.2) Meeting dates and times TBD. Students participate in rehearsed trials to learn about the legal system in a competitive manner. Mrs. Major Muneeb Moin

Debate Team Room 239 Mondays after school. Basically, a debate is an argument with rules. Typically in a debate two teams are presented a resolution or topic that they will debate, and each team is given a set period of time to prepare an argument. Mrs. Buyers  
DECA Meets Wednesdays after school in the Library. High school students compete in business case studies. They create business presentations about marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Mrs. Daly, Mrs. Thomson Khalid Talakshi

French Club Meets Mondays at 10:50 in room 213A. We celebrate french culture and improve our conversational French skills. Mrs. Saad Tala Al-Marashdeh 
iMatter Meets Thursdays at 11:15 in room 142. We promote mental wellness and health. We share in school community activities to spread awareness of mental health. We work to reduce the stigma. We do it because iMatter, uMatter, we all matter too. Mrs. Vieira  
Improv Team Improv meets every Wednesday after school for an hour in room 117. It is a great way to improve your thinking and speaking skills while having a blast and meeting new friends.  Mrs. Williams Nada Bunjevac, Emily Tayler 
LINK Crew Meets first Thursday of each month. A transition program that welcomes incoming Grade 9 students and makes them feel comfortable and supported throughout the first year of their high school experience. ME to WE Formally known as Free the Children Foundation, ME to WE is a club aimed to raise funds to help children living under unsustainable circumstances. New Life Room 204 on Tuesdays. The Christian Fellowship meets to support and encourage each other in daily challenges as we seek to be lights of hope in an often dark world.  Mrs. Vieira Laura Brigland 
Positive Space Group Meets Thursdays at 11:15 in room 214. Gay-Straight Alliance is a student-run club that provides a safe place for students to meet, support each other, talk about issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity and expression, and work to end homophobia and transphobia. Mrs. Broe

Robotics - Team 4902 Room 145 Tuesdays and Thursdays P3 until further notice. Help to build robots that do specific tasks, learn how to use design software and tools, also looks good on a resume for tech degrees. School Reach Team - Senior/Junior Gr.9 & 10 meet Monday's at lunch in room 260. Sr. Reach meets Wednesdays during lunch in room 260. The buzz of knowing the answer. The thrill of getting it right. Student Council Meet in Library Wedensday at 7:30am and Fridays in Pangea after school.
