School Startup Information

2017-2018 School Start-Up Information for Robert Bateman High School

The main office will be open from Tuesday, July 4th until Thursday July 13th (7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) and will re-open on August 21st.

  •  There will not be a summer mailing this year. Report Cards will be available for pick up beginning July 6th from 7:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m. until July 13th. The office will re-open August 21st. Students can pick up their report card at this time and pay their fee(s). 
  •  Student Verification Forms along with Photo Packages will be distributed the first week of school. 
  •  Our Photo Day for all students is Monday September 11th. Students will receive a student card at this time. The student card is also their library card. 
  •  Computer Passwords will be distributed to students in Period 1 at the beginning of the school year. 
  •  Lockers are available for students. Locker information will be collected by the Period 1 teacher, and recorded in the office. Please purchase your own combination lock as the school does not sell locks.

Coming in July 2017, the Halton District School Board will offer School Cash Online to provide parents, guardians, and the community an easy and secure way to pay for items online.

  • Ability to pay using Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit
  • Receive email reminders when payments are due
  • Parents/guardians will only see items available to purchase which apply to your student(s)
Parents/guardians of current students: Look for the yellow registration flyer being sent home from your school in June 2017. If you did not receive a flyer, you will require the: 1) HDSB student number 2) legal last name 3) date of birth, in order to add the student to the parent/guardian account.

We encourage parents/guardians to register for School Cash Online now to be ready to participate at the start of the 2017-18 school year.


Students are encouraged to pay the student engagement fee online or in the main office. Yearbooks and Phys Ed Uniforms are also available for order.
  • How much is the Student Engagement Fee? $35.00
  • What is the Student Engagement Fee? Student Engagement Fees are used to supplement the costs of school-wide SPIRIT events, Link Crew transition, Leadership Training, and school assemblies. They also generate start-up operating funds for various clubs and activities. 
We request that students help support these activities by paying the $35.00 Student Engagement Fee.


YEARBOOKS for 2017/2018
Yearbooks are $40.00 each. Each year a high quality yearbook is produced. Please order your yearbook at the beginning of the year as extra yearbooks are not ordered. You can pay this fee online.
